The Clinical Negligence team is currently thriving, and subsequently, the firm is seeking a new Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their City of London office.

The team is one of a select few firms that are on the main panel for the NHS, dentists and they also act for private insurers. The Clinical Negligence department is at the heart of the firm. You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. The caseload will include; Instigation and handling of complaints, serious untoward incident reports, risk management and reputation management following adverse incidents. The team houses many lawyers who are ranked as leaders in their field.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of the PQE)
