Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who is looking for a new challenge? Or do you feel undervalued and underpaid at your current firm and it's time to move on?

This leading Legal 100 law firm in Southampton is looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal within the busy Plot Sales team, in this key placement. You will be expected to run your own caseload of Plot Sale conveyancing files from inception through to conclusion, as well as assisting other Fee Earners in sale, purchase, remortgage, assents, transfers, etc. 

To apply for this role and to be considered, you must have experience in New Builds.

Your role as a Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will involve:
  • Handling your own caseload of plot sale conveyancing
  • A clear career path for progression from the outset
  • Working well within a team and training more junior members of the team
