Construction lawyer sought by large international firm in Leeds.
This firm has one of the leading construction teams in the North and is currently in the market for a construction lawyer with drafting and non-contentious construction experience.
This construction team undertakes work for a broad range of clients from main market PLCs and government organisations through to regional developers and contractors. As such the position requires someone that is comfortable with a wide range of construction and engineering contracts including JCT, NEC3, ICE, FIDIC, collateral warranties, deeds of appointment, parent company guarantees and novation agreements.
Ideally you will be a construction lawyer with at least 1 year PQE. This is a particularly good opportunity for a construction lawyer that is looking to make the step up to a larger team and develop under some of the leading names in the region.
