CAT PI Solicitor. London international firm. Candidates will need to have some CAT experience (can be part of a mixed caseload). Ideally CAT and EL/PL. Defendant essential. Careers will be made at this employer! Associates and Partners are progressed from within. Preference will be given to Defendant CAT PI Solicitors with 3 to 5 yrs PQE.

About the role.

This is a rare opportunity to join a global law firm with prestigious offices in the heart of the city, which will see you handling/assisting a caseload of high value EL/PL and RTA claims including brain, spinal and amputation claims.

The London team is a major force in the local market. They act for well-known clients and on some very high profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. They advise on Defendant personal injury claims covering the entire range of motor and EL/PL claims up to and assisting on complex and high value personal injury.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Department and senior solicitors as necessary with a mixed caseload of high-value EL/PL and motor claims for a range of clients. The cases are generally valued at £250,000 and over. The role involves handling own cases below £1m initially and assisting senior team members on their catastrophic cases.

About you.

We are seeking either a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years experience in a defendant personal injury law firm. Experience of multi-track EL/PL and/or motor claims including claims valued at over £250,000 Experience of progressing case plans under supervision. Meeting targets. Experience of assisting on catastrophic claims.
