My client is a Top 200 law firm that is known as much for its high quality private client services as it is for commercial advice. Clients range from landed estates, HNW individuals, farming and rural businesses through to large commercial businesses, investors and financial institutions.

The firm is seeking to appoint an experienced litigation specialist to handle contentious Trust and Probate work and build up a stand alone offering, which will sit between the commercial litigation and private client teams. Accordingly the role would suit someone who enjoys a strong reputation in commercial litigation work, a proportion of which is contentious private client work. Anyone with the ACTAPS accreditation would be particularly attractive.

There is a caseload of work from the outset, however the expectation with this level of appointment is that, once established, you will start to generate future matters, either through mining the firm's client base or through marketing initiatives and business development work.
