Commercial Litigation Solicitor

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Legal 500 / Chambers listed Birmingham full service practice that requires a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with approximately 2 years’ PQE upwards (to about 5 - 6 years’ PQE) to deal with a broad range of contentious commercial work, though emphasis is on commercial and property disputes.   

This Commercial Litigation Solicitor role has come about due to sustained expansion and work levels, and a need to bridge the gap between strong trainee and junior lawyers, and the more experienced members of the team. Indeed, as the team evolves there will be excellent career opportunities available.

You will be a technically adept in the management of dispute resolution work, able to take a commercial view, understand the requirements of the clients, and be able to identify alternative methods of dealing with potential disputes in order to be considered for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role. The latter point is particularly important as the firm puts a huge emphasis on long term relationships with its clients.
