Your new company
A prominent NHS Trust in Central London are seeking a Healthcare Counsel to support their Quality Assurance Directorate in the provision of policy and operational advice and strategic litigation.


Your new role
Working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance, you will be instrumental in the development of the Trust's process development, to effectively manage risk and drive performance. You will also support the Trust in strategic litigation and advise on ongoing casework, including Clinical Negligence and personal injury cases.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you should be an experienced Lawyer, qualified in England and Wales with significant exposure to civil litigation and working understanding of managing procedural and legal risk. You should be a confident communicator, able to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and provide sound advice to non-legal professionals in a concise manner.
