Contested Probate Solicitor

Are you a Civil Litigation Solicitor who has experience or an interested in Contested Probate matters? Would you like to work in the specialist Inheritance Dispute and Contested Probate department of one of the most prestigious firms in Essex?
 
The ideal candidate will be a driven Civil Litigation Solicitor, who has between 3-10 years PQE, and will have worked at a reputable regional or city firm. Experience in Contested Probate and/or being ACTAPS qualified (or working towards it) would be advantageous but is not essential, as the firm are happy to support a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor with the relevant training. 
 
As a Contested Probate Solicitor, you will be working alongside the firm’s expert Inheritance Dispute and Contested Probate team, dealing with a range of matters including Invalidity Claims, Inheritance Disputes and Trust, Property and Estate Claims. Experience in business development is important as the firm place great importance on maintaining and building new relationships with clients.
