Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor

The role will involve leading litigation in Trust and probate disputes, Inheritance Act claims as well as contentious Court of Protection matters.

Successful candidates will have experience in a broad range of client work, including advising trustees, executors, beneficiaries and charities on the resolution of disputes. Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to lead client work with partner support is essential. The candidate should be a team player and be focused and confident interacting with and advising a range of clients. The ability to build and develop client relationships is also essential.
