PI & Clinical Negligence Solicitor – This is a rare opportunity to join a top Sussex practice that has seen consistent growth over the last 3 years and is now one of the most regarded firms in the area.

Our client now seeks a further PI & clinical negligence lawyer to join their highly rated team. They are looking for a solicitor or legal executive who has at least 3 years relevant case handling experience in a wide range of personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

You will be expected to take on your own busy portfolio of complex cases, including fatal accidents, RTA, head & brain injuries, clinical negligence, accidents at work/ work related illness and accidents in public places. The team is managed by a partner with an exceptional amount of experience in this field who has a very good track record of ensuring the department show empathy and compassion for their clients during a distressing time.

An essential part of this position is to be able to market and assist with the business development of the department.
