Court Solicitor – 3 positions – 1 Permanent, Ripley / 1 30 hours Mat Cover, Ripley / 1 Permanent, Daventry £29,307 - £38,538 (career progression scheme applies)

Solicitor/Barrister with experience of advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and advising on matters pertaining to criminal justice and/or policing.

Knowledge and experience of criminal law and civil orders in the Magistrates’ Court is important.

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting applications in the Magistrates’ Courts, Local Authority Committees, and County Courts in respect of civil applications by the Police, and providing advice and assistance to police officers at all levels in respect of operational matters.
