Mid level firm in Nottingham is now recruiting for a Litigation paralegal to handle a mixed caseload encompassing commercial and civil litigation with perhaps a sprinkling of other commercial matters too.

Work comes in from many sources and the other divisions within the firms, Employment, Insolvency, Corporate Recovery etc are known to pass work on and vice versa. The firm has a lot of landlord and tenant clients and there and boundary disputes and civil litigation matters are often handled by the department.

Successful candidates will have gained experience within an established practice and have worked closely with clients to provide both practical and commercial solutions.

You will be required to assist on matters but also to contribute to business development, including marketing activities and client relationship management. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

There are excellent long term prospects for the successful candidate. There is a very clear progression plan in place.

Priority will be giving to paralegals who are able to start at short notice given there is a real urgency to fill this role.
