A specialist Commercial Property Solicitor is now required for a fantastic opportunity with a very well-regarded and Legal 500 firm in Bristol. The firm and team are one of the best and are now looking for a new recruit to work on Health-related Property matters. This role will suit a junior or experienced Lawyer who only wants to work for the best! Salary and benefits package is competitive.

My client is classed as a nationwide Defendant practice and they have a solid reputation for Health-related work. The Health and Commercial Property teams are top tier, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity. In addition to this, the firm is also well known for its Commercial and Public Sector avenues and their client base reflects this.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work on an existing case load, advising NHS clients on all Property matters. There is a fantastic portfolio of work and this will offer some great exposure to some niche projects.

Someone with pre-requisite knowledge, particularly if applicants are more experienced, will be advantageous, however, those who are junior or just qualified, this is not essential. A keen interest in this type of work is key!
