A junior Property Litigation Solicitor is now wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a legal 500 and top 100 practice in Bristol. This role will suit a newly qualified Solicitor who is looking to move into a fast pace and very well-regarded team. The salary is competitive plus an excellent benefits and bonus package.

Well known for its Corporate and Commercial, Disputes, Commercial Property, Public and Private Sector work, my client is a hefty name within Legal and has robust and successful reputation. The firm is growing and its attracts Lawyers from all over the South, and particularly ‘City’ professionals who are looking to be part of a firm with a boutique feel. The Property Litigation team is widely known in the South West and has a special client based which spans across areas like Agriculture, Mineral and also general Real Estate.

Applications are invited from NQ Property Litigation Solicitors who are due to qualify or are about to, and have taken a predominantly Property focused Litigation seat in their training contract. The workload will consist of a wide range of matters, including: rent, possession, leases, and all other property litigation related work.
