Job Details
An NQ Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a reputable legal practice in north Greater Manchester.
Having built a solid reputation within the market, this well-established and recognised firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an existing team of strong and talented professionals. With ties to the major cities of Manchester and Leeds and a brilliant client base you will be given a high quality of matters to deal with.
The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters covering Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Leases, Commercial Lending, Estate Management with a focus on Development work too. The Commercial Property Solicitor will also be networking/maintaining existing client relationships.
This role is ideal for a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor wanting a brilliant career start and quick progression routes. There will be an opportunity to further develop the Commercial Property department, so you can really get your teeth into this role.
