The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Reading based office.

You will join a highly experienced Legal 500, tier, Real Estate department. You will deal with a varied client base which has an ever-growing roster of National and International companies, including well-known names such as The Guardian, Auto Trader and Sony. You will deal with a varied caseload which will make for a more interesting role, work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Development, Secured lending and Landlord and tenant.

Due to the growth of the department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression including for the right candidate, Partnership prospects.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• You will have good experience of dealing with a Commercial Property caseload
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
