Real Estate Solicitor - Leeds

Top 25 national private practice law firm with an excellent reputation, are seeking a senior real estate solicitor, ideally at the 2+PQE level, to join their team based in Leeds.

Part of this firms northern real estate strategy is the growth of their highly regarding asset management team. The team undertakes leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grants of new leases, due diligence and contract work on portfolio transactions for a range of national clients that have large investment and operational property portfolios of retail, industrial office, health and educational premises. If successful in this role you would be responsible for a caseload of complex landlord and tenant matters and would have supervisory responsibilities towards less experienced members of the team.

Beyond your professional experience you'll need to be career focused and enthusiastic as the team would ideally like to appoint someone who is keen to get involved and who'll want to immerse themselves in the department, including marketing and business development initiatives. As you'd expect with a firm of this size their systems and resources are superb and this represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor. Candidates who are already in the local market or who are prepared to relocate will be considered on their merits. Ideally candidates will be coming from recognised commercial practices in the Top 100 or City backgrounds so as to be comfortable working with top quality clients.

Market leading remuneration and benefits package.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
