The Role
An excellent consultancy opportunity has now arisen in London for a dynamic Senior Family Solicitor. With solid experience in Children Act proceedings and matrimonial matters, including for HNW clients, the successful Family Consultant will manage a challenging and complex caseload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: divorce; separation; annulments; ancillary relief; parental responsibility and; pre-nuptial agreements.

Our client is particularly keen to hear from Solicitors who have previous supervisory experience and/or a following of clients to bring to the practice, however this is not a pre-requisite for the position. In addition, the ideal Consultant Solicitor will participate in business development and marketing initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with experience in Children Act proceedings and matrimonial matters;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will be commercially focused with good business acumen;
You will have your own workload and be able to handle matters with minimal supervision;
Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential;
You will be keen to get involved with marketing and business development.
