HR Manager sought for a well-regarded legal practice in London.

A multi-partner practice offering services across a wide spectrum of legal services, our client has an outstanding reputation and a long history of providing high quality advice to clients throughout the capital. Staffed by expert, dedicated Lawyers and support team they treat each client as an individual and are committed to the provision of high levels of client care. Head-quartered in fantastic new offices on the riverside with a tube stop nearby, they are undergoing a sustained period of growth and seeking a talented HR Manager for their team.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven HR Manager to join our clients’ well-regarded and multi-accredited practice on the edges of central London. Taking a senior position and reporting at partner level, the successful HR Manager will handle the full remit of personnel matters incorporating: end-to-end recruitment processes; performance management; employee relations; managing benefits packages; professional development and training (in line with SRA regulations) and; employee engagement. The ideal HR Manager will have experience working at a similar level in legal practice, although this is not a pre-requisite.

The Candidate
You must be an HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ solid experience gained in a similar position.
Expertise in all aspects of HR including recruitment, ER, performance management and employee engagement are essential.
Membership of CIPD would be advantageous, as would prior experience working within a private practice law firm.
You will be personable and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be driven, flexible and possess excellent influencing skills.
