Defendant Industrial Disease
A Legal 500 firm in the West Midlands are seeking an Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their team and work on behalf of its major insurer clients.
The firm has a national reach and focuses primarily on Occupational Disease with multiple offices across the country.
The department is looking to expand by recruiting a Defendant Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their busy department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in this field and you will be handling your own litigated caseload. However the firm is open to receiving applications from individuals who have experience in Claimant Industrial Disease or Defendant Personal Injury. Experience working on Asbestos related cases will set your application apart.
