Commercial Property Solicitor - Our client, a highly regarded Surry law firm with an excellent reputation have asked us to find them a further commercial property solicitor to join their team. Due to planned retirement of the commercial property partner this medium sized practice is now looking for a potential successor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking real career progression.  You will take over a large client base which includes small to medium sized businesses, shops, offices, residential developer, and housing association clients.

This is a partner designate opportunity, ideally seeking a 3PQE + solicitor that can assist in moulding and developing the future of the commercial property department.  You will be expected to market and assist in the marketing of the practice.
