The role
The workload is a typical mix of Corporate/Commercial matters including business sale and purchase's, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts and T&Cs to name a few.
A range of clients, mostly local Hull based clients however the firm also has some interesting European clients too who are around OMB/SME size.
The candidate
The firm is ideally looking for someone with a few years' experience and have suggested that candidates that have around 5 years PQE or more will possess the correct skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
The team are looking for someone with lots of personality as they are a friendly and sociable bunch.
