Commercial Property Locum Lawyer

A busy public sector organisation in the North of Wales requires a Commercial Property Locum to join their team for up to 12 months to cover a maternity in their team.

Day to day duties:

-Dealing with Commercial Property work on behalf of the organisation
-Handling sale and purchase agreements as well as grant agreements
-Dealing with landlord and tenant work
-Drafting planning and highways agreements and undertaking development work

Experience of dealing with Commercial Property work is essential for this position and whilst previous local authority experience is desirable its is not essential. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, however those qualified by experience will be considered.
