They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 4 years PQE) to join their office in Southampton, Hampshire.

The firms leading commercial property team helps clients buy, sell, lease, develop and secure finance against real estate. The team particularly specialises in investment, landlord and tenant, development (including planning and environmental), and property finance. Clients include businesses and private individuals, public bodies and charities, SIPP and SSAS pension trustees and their customers.

• A talented NQ - 4-year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor

• Able to demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development activities
• An excellent communicator with skills to build and maintain client relationships and be target orientated.
• Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the team.
