Thornton Legal are working with one of the leading Social Housing and Regeneration firms in the North West. They are looking to recruit a Non-Contentious Social Housing Solicitor for their Legal 500 ranked team.

The firm has an outstanding reputation in acting for housing associations in connection with development and regeneration, site acquisitions, development agreements, joint ventures, s106 Agreements, leases (including commercial leases), infrastructure agreements, easements, property sales and acquisitions, shared ownership, nomination agreements, supported housing schemes and leases, service level and management agreements, green energy retrofit schemes, right to buy, right to acquire, stock transfers.

We anticipate that the successful candidate will have 4 years plus pqe in commercial property work related to housing but are however happy to hear from any candidate who believe that they have the skills and ability to perform in this role.

Salary between £40,000 and £60,000. Great benefits available additional benefits. The firm is willing to consider both full and part time applicants for the role and can guarantee flexible/remote working for the right person.
