Are you an experienced Chartered Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer who would like to join an expanding Residential Property team in Bishop’s Stortford? Would you like to work for a Legal 500 firm who boast a presence in both Herts and Central London? 
 
You will ideally be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and have a general residential property background with excellent technical and business development skills.  In addition to this, you must have experience of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Assignments of off-plan contracts, Shared Ownerships and Right to Buy. You will join the busy team who act for individuals in both the Home Counties and central London area.
