Corporate Solicitor

A Corporate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a national firm, based at its office in Oxford. The salary on offer is negotiable, with this dependent upon experience.

The role

My client is a well-established, Top 100 law firm, and it has impressive recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The practice has a range of business and individual clients, based both in the UK and overseas.

You will be involved with a range of corporate work, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, MBOs and MBIs, restructuring, corporate finance, and transactions that have an international element. It is essential that the right corporate solicitor has strong technical skills and is commercially minded.

The candidate

Applications are currently invited from candidates that are newly qualified (NQ) to around five years’ PQE. If you are newly qualified, you must have spent at least six months of your training contract within corporate gained at a City, national or leading regional firm. All levels above NQ must have been practising in corporate since qualification.
