An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Partner to provide advice on all aspects of family law on behalf of high net worth clients as well as lead a thriving department into the next stage of growth. Heading up a team of experienced individuals you will be responsible for advising on a range of family law matters including divorce, children issues, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements as well as financial issues. You will have a strong level of contacts within the market place and will have established a good reputation and a number of contacts within the local area. You will continue a strategy of business development to ensure new clients are brought into the firm and will be in a position where you can manage and mentor junior fee earners in the team. Continuing to go from strength to strength, this firm is recognised as one of the leaders within the regional market and as a result they are looking for an additional Family Lawyer to come in and develop the family offerings within the Gloucestershire market.
Ideally you will already be a partner who would relish an opportunity to bring their personal vision, business acumen and uncompromising commitment to the role. You will have a track record of sustainable success in your previous positions and your ability to inspire and lead will set you apart. As an expert in family law you will have developed some significant partnerships and worked with high net worth individuals. Your client facing skills will be second to none as the role involves a significant amount of client contact with a number of high net worth individuals. You must as the newly appointed Head of Family possess the desire to network, business develop and be passionate about this area of law. Ideal Family Senior Associates / Partners will have a minimum of 8 years experience and be looking for the next step in their career. You must have local connections in the Gloucestershire area and possess the capability to build and develop a department.
