Banking and Finance Lawyer

I am currently recruitng for a Magic Circle Law Firm, with a substantial global presence in the banking and finance practice area. Their position in the market ensures they have a steady flow of work from high profile clients. The leading banking and finance partner in this office has built up a strong reputation in Hong Kong and throughout Asia.

The majority of the work will involve advising leading banks in bank financing transactions. The clients are as globally diverse as the law firm itself, boasting a significant amount of clients from PRC and Hong Kong.

It is mandatory that the successful candidate be 3+ PQE from a commonwealth country; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred. Ability to draft documents to an exceptional degree is advantageous.
