Residential Conveyancer
A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a leading law firm in Tamworth. Salary is very competitive depending on experience.
Our client, a market leader in Residential Conveyancing, with a team of experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.
You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing with your own caseload of sales and purchase files from start to finish,freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage transactions, as well as general land transactions, Assents, First Registrations and Transfers of Equity.
The successful candidate will ideally have over 1 years experience, running your own caseload of sales and purchase files with minimal supervision.
