Your new company
This global multinational law firm is ranked in the top 50 largest law firms worldwide. Its funds team is sector leading, providing unrivalled advice to investment funds based in the UK. The firm is looking for a paralegal to join its funds team, to co-ordinate its fund registration service.

Your new role
You will co-ordinate fund registrations. There will be good opportunity for client liaison, conducting regular relationship meetings and speaking to clients, service providers, foreign lawyers and translators. You will co-ordinate submissions, prepare standard letters and forms, and check and make amendments to funds documentation. You will also assist with preparing estimates and invoicing. Additionally, you will operate and maintain the extranet website for the firm's International Funds Net (IFN) clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have project management experience, and be comfortable talking to clients on a regular basis. You do not necessarily need to have experience within financial services, but paralegal experience is necessary. You will have strong academics, with a minimum 2.1 in your LLB. You will have an eye for detail, good organisation skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and you will be a team player.
