We are working with a leading claimant Employment Law team who are looking to add to their headcount in their Sheffield office.
You will have a passion for and an interest in Claimant Employment Law, it isn't absolutely imperative that you come from a purely Claimant background, you could have worked for Respondents, what is important is a thorough understanding of the law, and the passion to act for individuals.
The role will involve running your own caseload of Employment matters including discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal and equal pay matters, including litigation.
You will be at the point where you feel comfortable that you can manage your own busy caseload of matters, largely unsupervised. Business Development skills are crucial, as well as the ability to firm a part of a cohesive team.
In terms of level, it is likely that you will have at least 2 years PQE, and this could potentially be a senior level hire for the right individual and so salary is negotiable.
The team is growing and there will be ample opportunities to progress.
