My client very well thought of London practice who are now looking to expand their offering due to growth. Working on some of the largest planning applications in the UK, they are now looking to add a Planning Associate/Lawyer/Solicitor to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for 2-5 PQE plus Solicitor to be exposed to personal development opportunities and the chance to develop a client base that includes some of the biggest UK projects.

You will come from a recognized regional or national practice renowned for Planning and Real Estate. You will have particular expertise in drafting and advising on complex Section 106 Agreements and other Statutory Planning and Highway Agreements (including Sections 278 and 38 Agreements).
