A rare opportunity in property litigation for a solicitor with at least three years' post qualification experience to join a strong real estate practice in Manchester.

This firm has a national presence with teams in Manchester and London which deals with all aspects of commercial property work on some of the largest real estate deals nationally. You will join to assist in the growth of the team in Manchester with the full support of the wider practice. The contentious work is varied from high value and complex to straightforward matters, and you will take the lead assisted by associates and paralegals.  

You will be an experienced property litigation solicitor who has practiced at a leading regional or national law firm. You will be looking for a firm which can offer a place to develop a practice utilising your skills and experience gained in your career to date. You will be bright and ambitious with good business development skills, but the best part is you will already have the platform, and more importantly, the caseload to build upon, working closely with the transactional real estate lawyers.
