Plot Sales Assistant

Temporary Plot Sales Assistant – Buckinghamshire – ASAP Start – 3 months+ – £10-£15 per hour dependent on experience

A new opportunity has arisen for a Plot Sales Assistant to aid a leading law firm in Buckinghamshire on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate must have experience in plot sales or conveyancing processes to include:

• Handling the preparation and assembling of estate documentation including contracts, leases, land registry entries, title documents, search enquires, and highway and drainage documents
• Taking instructions on matters such as extras, reduced deposits, completion dates and the like
• Handle all completion administration and tasks including the completion of moneys with sellers bank and arranging for the discharge of any legal charges

You will be required to regularly liase with solicitors, sellers and agents.

The firm require support on a full time basis however there may be some flexibility on hours for the right candidate. The office is located a short walk from a train station allowing convenience for those commuting by train.
