An employment solicitor is required at a highly regarded firm working within their employment department, based in Kent.
The Employment Team is highly ranked in Chambers UK and the Legal 500. It acts for a wide and impressive client base ranging from national and international companies to educational establishments, charities, smaller enterprises and employees in both the private and state sectors.
The successful employment solicitor must have some post qualification employment experience and will be working with both corporate and private clients across a range of matters such as settlement agreements, contracts and consultancy agreements, disciplinary matters and grievances, discrimination, dismissals, Employment Tribunal claims, maternity and paternity rights, redundancy and TUPE.
Full time position although part-time maybe considered
