Chelmsford or Colchester - Contentious Probate Disputes
A qualified Litigation Lawyer is required to specialise in contentious probate disputes by a modern and extremely progressive law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to become a Top 200 UK Law firm. State of the art systems, an open door culture, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to a solicitor with a strong interest in Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes
The successful candidate will join a highly driven team and have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Partner and Solicitor. You will have proven experience in handling a contentious caseload with either a very real interest in contentious probate or be willing to train and specialise in this field moving forward.
You will have the ability to deliver succinct high quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. The role will involve marketing and business development and the successful candidate must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required.
