Lawyer - (Planning and Highways)

Salary: £33,436 - £37,306 p.a.
37 hours per week                                        
 
You will provide advice to all relevant client Departments on a wide range of matters relating to highways, planning, and local government law. With your own caseload you will work closely with a range of services across the council and with people at all levels.
 
You will need to be a qualified lawyer or have substantial experience at a similar level having had some exposure within the training contract phase to this type of work.  You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to client manage, case hold and provide timely focussed and cost relevant advice dealing with all aspects of duty, breach, causation and damage.
