Real Estate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join a growing department operating from the heart of the city. In line with an exciting business plan and continued new client wins the Real Estate department are looking for an experienced Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor to further enhance the already strong offering. 

The successful candidate will have in excess of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property gained at a firm renowned for their Real Estate offering and will have had exposure to a diverse range of instructions. The department deals with a wide range of property issues (acquisitions, leases, sales and purchases, developments etc) on behalf of a very well regarded client base.

Clear development pathway in place and genuine opportunities in the medium term for professional advancement with a real chance for an ambitious Solicitor to put their own stamp on the team. 

Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise with a guideline of up to £45k.
