An experienced Residential Conveyancer is wanted for an excellent opportunity to head the department of a highly regarded private practice based in Middlesborough. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a well-established law firm with a solid reputation in the market looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer to handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity whilst supervising a team of fee earners.

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files and previous team management skills would be preferrable. This position would allow the successful candidate to handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial matter if you have the relevant experience to do so. You will possess excellent client care and communication skills and have a thirst for business development.
