Job Details
A great opportunity has arisen in Leicester for a commercial property solicitor looking to join one of the Midland's leading law firms. This firm have top quality national level work, a substantial and highly experienced real estate team plus great training and support to help junior and mid-level solicitors progress in their career. The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm and hence there has been an increased number of opportunities within Leicester giving you a real chance to make a name for yourself at a highly regarded firm.
The role
You will join a vibrant and expanding real estate team working on a broad range of commercial property matters. Including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, finance and landlord and tenant work.
There will also be a particular focus on development work.
Full support will be given for you to develop work within the East Midlands, to build on the already successful growth at the firm.
The candidate
The firm are happy to consider applications from NQ-5 year PQE solicitors and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its proactive team. Applications from solicitors with experience outside of this PQE will also be considered.
You should have experience of commercial property either in a training seat or in post qualification.
