Corporate Solicitor 5PQE+
My client is in need of a corporate solicitor to be based in either their Southampton or Portsmouth office. The firm is a large and prestigious firm and is proudly accredited by Lexcel, the Law Society's Quality Practice kite mark and is highly regarded by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 legal directories.
The Corporate team is led by two partners; both recognised as leading individuals in their fields, and are looking for an individual with experience in mergers and acquisition work, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and some limited banking work. This is an opportunity to work amongst an experienced team with strong connections and an outstanding reputation. The work focuses on achieving the best possible outcome for the client by exploring a range of options.
The firm is looking for an individual with 5PQE+ who is proactive and a motivated fee earner who can fit in with the team's dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must be a team player in order to contribute to the growth of both the team and the firm by showing commitment to the Firm's strategy.
