A highly regarded and successful firm in Buckinghamshire, situated in a prime position on the outskirts of London seek an Commercial Technology Lawyer to join their thriving team.

Your new role

This is a brand new role due to organic growth and will offer the individual a varied case load across industry leading clients covering software licensing, telecommunications, IT/IP, data protection, supply agreements, service agreements (SaaS), NDA's and more. The agreements are high value and complex and require someone with a keen eye for detail.

You will work in Commercial Technology department and be supported by an very driven and encouraging team.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE and have proven commercial experience including work covering software licensing, telecommunications, IT/IP, data protection, supply agreements, service agreements (SaaS) and NDA's. You will support a wide variety of established clients and will be required to maintain existing relationships, spot areas for growth and development and assist with developing new business where required.
