Regulatory Enforcement Paralegal, High Profile Regulatory Body, London, Temporary, £17/hour
Your new company
This high profile nationally recognised regulatory body is recruiting a paralegal to join its enforcement team, owing to a very busy period and a need to conduct investigations into suspected misconduct.
Your new role
You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of cases and the organisation of the team. You will assist the team, making sure all case files and records are accurately maintained. You will review evidence, and analyse and classify documents for disclosure purposes. You will draft documents including correspondence, reports and minutes. You will conduct legal and market research using law reports, Companies House and Bloomberg. You will assist case teams with general administrative duties relating to their investigations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Law degree and ideally have experience working in a law firm. You will have extensive experience of disclosure exercises and document management, and experience supporting cases through a litigation process. You will have strong attention to detail and can work to tight deadlines in high pressure environments.
