An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join a well-established Private Practice in Greater Manchester on a permanent basis.
Main day to day duties:
- Attend to client needs both in person and on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards of client care
- Handle all post completion procedures to ensure that transactions are correctly registered with the Land Registry, that file balances are speedily distributed, and that files are closed and archived
- Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, binding as required by the fee earner
The client is ideally looking for a law graduate with previous exposure working in a law firm.
