Residential Development Solicitor - Norwich - One of the best benefits packages in the UK.

I am interested in speaking to residential development solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE in regards to a role that has come up in Norwich.

Forming part of a specialist residential development team within a larger real estate department you will act on behalf of an impressive array of clients made up of well known private development companies and housing associations. They offer a full range of services in relation to both residential and commercial development matters covering work such as acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, option agreements, site assembly, overage arrangements, Planning and environmental issues, regeneration schemes, plot sales and funding matters.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE in dealing with some of the matters listed above within a well regarded city, national or large regional commercial firm and will be looking to progress their career within a high profile commercial practice.

The firm offers one of the best benefits packages in the market at the moment and employees are able to enjoy a good salary which will be based on your experience, bonuses, pension scheme, private healthcare, generous holiday entitlement of up to 31 days and much more. They are a firm that appreciates and actively promotes the value of a good work life balance and their staffs well being and they have developed a benefits package in line with this ethos.

If you are an ambitious residential development solicitor looking to work for one of the most well respected firms in the country dealing with top quality, high value real estate work then please get in touch. This role may appeal to corporate lawyers currently working in London but looking to move away from the City without taking a step back in the quality of work that you deal with.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises.
