Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, based in a beautiful and rural location south of Birmingham city centre, is looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to work closely with a well-respected Partner on a broad range of quality commercial property matters.

Joining a well-established and well regarded firm based in Solihull, the successful commercial property solicitor will assume an existing caseload of commercial property work, acting on behalf of SME’s and OMB's, commercial developers, local businesses, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants. The work is diverse and therefore may be attractive to lawyers currently working in a city centre firm where you are streamed into one narrow area of commercial property work.

While a full caseload is available from the outset, as a commercial property solicitor you will be expected to undertake business development work to maintain the profile of the department, and establish a client base of your own. In addition to commercial property experience, it would be useful for you to have also dealt with general commercial work for the continuity of client relationships.
