Agricultural Solicitor

My client is a leading Warwickshire based mid-tier commercial practice, ranked highly in Chambers and the Legal 500 for their Agricultural Law offering. They are well known within the Agricultural sector and possess highly regarded specialists with incredible technical expertise in all areas of rural affairs work, including leading specialists in the Common Agricultural Policy. 

Due to further strategic expansion they would like to add an additional Agricultural Property Solicitor to its ranks, ideally someone with upwards of 2 years PQE. This may be someone who is currently working in Agricultural work, or a property specialist with a background or strong working knowledge of the Agricultural sector and seeking to develop this as their specialism.  

Core skills include strong client and team communication skills, the ability to draft documents and negotiate on behalf of clients and the desire to work with clients and colleagues in a collaborative manner. In brief your workload will reflect aspects of the following:

• Non-contentious property matters for agricultural and rural landowners and tenants
• Farm and estates sales and purchases
• Public and private rights of way, easements, boundary queries
• Agricultural tenancies and mortgages.
