With clients across a range of sectors (eg/ commercial, education, charities) you will be advising on a broad range of mainly non-contentious matters including restructures and redundancies, atypical workers, TUPE, contracts/ handbooks and general HR support.
The Head of Department is keen to hear from talented and client focussed employment solicitors with at least 2 years PQE who are keen to move away from the traditional legal environment. It's likely that the successful applicant will have a respondent bias to their experience and will take a pragmatic and commercial approach to employment matters.
