The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Trusts Manager to join a specialist department in London. With sound knowledge in all aspects of personal trusts, the successful Manager will handle a complex and challenging caseload to include: the completion of trust accounts and tax returns; liaising with intermediaries including HM Revenue& Customs; management of client and matter files; ensuring an estate has been fully administered through the completion of estate accounts and; calculations of tax due. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in accountancy, due to the financial focus of this role, however this is not a pre-requisite for the position. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with solid trusts experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
A background in accountancy would be highly advantageous but is not essential;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet key deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player with a keen eye for detail.
